- Custom system design, development, testing, installation, training at head office and
branches located in Montreal, Ottawa and Tilbury/Chatham
- Worked with accounting systems vendor to implement changes in accounting information
systems as company grew, developed, and changed business activities
- Product (hardware and software) selection and negotiation with vendors
- Capacity planning of LAN, including supervision of two major upgrades (hardware and
software) plus one cross-town move; system grew from four nodes with non-dedicated file
server to 20 nodes with remote dial-in access
